Lean LnD for SMBs

03

YGM’s approach

A dedicated SMB coach is deployed for the organization, after the Discovery process. After the coaching session, the coach wears the hat of a mentor for these areas (or other areas that are identified in the coaching session) that the leader wants to pursue. By doing so, there is a continuity from the coaching conversation to the mentoring session where the employee is looking for guidance for improving the gaps in their skillsets. By utilizing his corporate experience, the coach is then able to explain the anticipated behaviours and then guides the leaders on how to learn the new skills and stop doing the mistakes that mar their careers. By having a single person to lean on, the leader gets the continuity to mould themselves to how a corporate expects them to behave.
As the saying goes, the program helps the leaders move from “buying fishes” to “learning how to fish”. The best part of this product is that it’s not a one-off program. The coach remains visible to the leader to discuss newer questions that emerge, thus being a “mentor” to the leader for the duration of the program. By the program structure, the organization gets a mature well-performing self-aware leader without any intervention by senior Management in the organization at any time. And the program doesn’t end there – based on further mentoring, the leaders can opt for more coaching sessions to finetune their processes till they are able to “fish” themselves to their best capability. By using this program, SMBs get better benefits than the usual training subscriptions that are typically used, at a very cost-effective price.

What Do We Offer

01

Situation today

There are few areas that typically are found to be often identified during coaching sessions – time management and life-changing habits to change their own lives for success first (be it communication, collaboration, decision-making, etc.) and then their team members.

02

Potential causes

The issues could be the lack of mentoring from Senior Management (due to their paucity of time) as well as an absence of a dedicated LnD team who provide training, mentoring and coaching services.
